Texturing via Chemical Etching
Through continuous investments in advanced print and etching technologies we ensure the fast implementation of high-quality textures in your molds.
The applied DTT technology (Digital Transfer Technology) transfers the textures in the molds via digital texture information.
We texture also very complex 3D-shaped molds without seam lines and with distortion optimization by applying our Render Technology.
Embossed Rollers via Laser Technology and Chemical Etching
Since more than 50 years we produce Embossed Rollers for a wide product range by Chemical Etching in USA, Brazil, UK, Portugal, China and Australia. Since 5 years we also produce Embossed Rollers via patented multi-beam Laser Technology in Portugal. With our rollers we cover a product range of plastics, paper, metal, textile, glass, wood, leather etc..
Nickel Shells via Electroforming
5 years ago we invested in the Electroforming Technology and started to produce IMG and Slush Nickel Shells in our location in Portugal. In 2014 we built up a new production plant in Portugal where we actually have several Nickel tanks at our disposal.
Tribocoat and H-Tribocoat:
We coat your tools and molds via chemcial Nickel-Teflon-Coating. Uniform layer thickness, excellent adhesion properties, improved sliding properties and higher corrosion resistance as well as reduced friction accompanied by reduced production cycle time are the most important advantages of these coatings.
Hardness (Tribocoat): 42 HRC
Hardness (H-Tribocoat): 68 HRC
By using our surface treatments you can increase the parts quantity outcome of your prototype molds.
By coating your molds with Release Coat the demolding of your parts out of your molds will be significantly facilitated. Further advantages are the enabling of low gloss levels and the reduction of scratch sensivity. A further positive property is the minimization of typical injection effects such as tiger lines, stains and inhomogeneous gloss levels etc...
